FAQ
Is this SEO hosting?
No — and it’s an important distinction. Traditional SEO hosting hands you multiple IPs on the same provider, in the same datacenter, behind the same name servers, often with sequentially allocated IPs. That’s a cluster waiting to be found.
LaunchCDN serves your sites through real Content Delivery Networks (Amazon CloudFront, Cloudflare, and more), so the IP a crawler sees varies by location and sits alongside hundreds of thousands of legitimate websites. The CDN providers own the IPs and the AS numbers, not us — and because the same pool serves some of the largest sites on the internet, your PBN blends into genuine traffic rather than standing out as a hosting signature.
Do you block backlink checking bots?
By default, yes — we block a number of common backlink crawlers so your PBN doesn’t show up in their public indexes.
Every legitimate search engine crawler — Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot, YandexBot, DuckDuckBot, and others — is allowed through normally, so your link juice still passes to your money sites. If you need a specific bot adjusted for your account, the support team can help.
How do you keep my sites safe?
Two layers of protection.
First, a real CDN sits in front of every site, so the IP address a crawler sees varies by geography across hundreds of thousands of shared IPs — there’s no single origin IP to trace back to a hosting pool.
Second, we’ve removed every known server-side footprint: name servers come from the CDN providers or major third-party DNS, SOA records use the CDN’s default email addresses, MX records point to real email providers, and outbound connections from WordPress are masked.
That’s the opposite of competitors who run PBN sites on dedicated VPS IPs from DigitalOcean, Vultr, or Linode — where every site on the IP is another customer’s PBN. Those are the bad neighbourhoods Google clusters and deindexes in a single pass.
How do I add a domain to my account?
Log in to your dashboard and click Add Domain. You’ll pick the CDN you want the site to run on (CloudFront, Cloudflare, or others), choose WordPress or PHP/HTML, and tick the HTTPS box.
We provision the site automatically — DNS records, CDN edge, SSL certificate, WordPress install if requested — usually in under 5 minutes. Once provisioning is done, the dashboard gives you a one-click login straight into WP Admin so you can start building.
Can I host WordPress, static HTML, or PHP?
All three, and you choose per-site when you deploy.
If you pick WordPress, you get a pre-installed and hardened WordPress with one-click dashboard login, auto-updates handled for you, and DirectAdmin + FTP access for when you need direct file management.
If you pick PHP/HTML, you get a clean directory with DirectAdmin + FTP access plus one MySQL database — bring your own CMS, framework, or static files. Both options run on the same tuned LiteSpeed stack behind your chosen CDN.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Log in to your dashboard and click Change Plan. Pick the new size — anywhere from the 10-domain trial up to the 1,000-domain plan — and we’ll calculate a pro-rata credit from your current plan’s unused time.
That credit rolls straight into a discounted first month on the new plan, billed via PayPal or credit card. Your old recurring billing subscription is cancelled automatically, so there’s no double-charging and nothing to clean up manually.
My site isn’t loading — what do I do?
Start with the Help! My Site Isn’t Loading guide — it walks through the common causes (DNS propagation, CDN cache, browser cache, origin issues) with quick checks for each.
If the guide doesn’t resolve it, open a support ticket and include the domain plus what you’re seeing. First response averages 15 minutes, and support goes straight to a real server engineer — not a tier-1 script reader.
